This was quite a challenge! I saw a request from CoriAngel for "Balmoral". I've named this creation "Cori", for CoriAngel. It is not an exact duplicate. The floorplan offered different "options". Major renovations to the floorplan include: It was built on a hill with a basement ... I built this home on flat land, no basement. That made it necessary for me to put the garage on the main level. I moved the exercise room from the "basement" to the massive Master Suite "sitting area"; the basement's optional recreation room has been moved to the open area upstairs and the optional playroom ... well, I figure the kids can "play" in their bedrooms. So, that covers the "Basement".
The Home is a "Mansion" ... it has everything! Formal Dining, Formal Living, Library/Office, "Great Room" (which I call a Family Room), I've added a downstairs "sitting area" with a half/bath or guest bath (or as the plan calls it a "powder room"); large, large kitchen that includes a pantry and a "wet bar" and of course the "breakfast nook" ("morning room"), and island. There is an entrance off of the garage (mud room) and a "Home Center" (I call it a computer room). The "Foyer" or formal Entrance is open to the 2nd floor as is the Great Room (Family Room). It has a Double Garage and out back there is a swimming pool area. Now to the Upstairs ... with two "open to below areas" (one to the "Foyer" and the other to the "Great Room"), as well as space for reading or play. I think I numbered the bedrooms backwards ... ok Bedroom 4 is my Bedroom 2, which I colored blue for a little boy; a shared bathroom in-between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 (3), which I colored yellow and furnished as a Nursery. Bedroom 2, which is my bedroom 4, I colored pinkish purple for a little girl and it has it's own private bath. The Master Suite ... I think I may have made this area way too large! It is massive! The Master Bedroom area has several areas that include, sewing, painting, majongg, make-up, relaxing, etc. Within the Master Suite is a hall that leads to an "exercise room" on the right and on the left an entrance with 2 walk-in closets and of course the luxurious Master Bath with a large shower and a private toilet area. (I have all EPs and SPs - no cc in this build)Well, I guess that's about it ... so on with the show! Cori, I hope you like this home!! Image

Oh, you know what I forgot to do ... I forgot to specifiy stuff: Like I have All EPs and SPs AND No cc

Oh, it was really hard! I need to do more really large homes; I tend to prefer the smaller homes. It was definitely a challenge for me!! I so much enjoyed it. I'll have to do more!! I've printed out some other requests from elsewhere that are similar to this, in that they are large homes ... that I will give a try. Anyway ... have fun!! :hugs:

(I also can not get my picture to show up on my post like all the others??? So I've edited way too many times to get that picture to show up on the thread and I give up now .... At least you can see the picture once you enter the thread!) :bye:

Okie.. you are fine. We like having you around. Trust me when I say that you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I like that you are so intent to make everything as perfect as can be. I am really glad. If you edit the topic after we add the preview image it will disappear. If this ever happens just PM Heather or I and we can fix that for you. Nice work once again! :)
