Hi all! I thought I would have a go at a community lot. With minimal objects in the game so far I thought a family recreation center was a good idea. So I have built a center that will cater for all age groups.
This center is an ideal place to visit after school when your kids need to boots fun, meet other kids or do homework. Parents can drop in and have a coffee while the kids play and there are sleeping rooms for toddlers. Teens have their own area with video games, music and PCs. Toddlers and kids have a huge play area with every toy available, a paint area and a kids PC area. There is also a kitchen and dining area.
Parents have an area upstairs reserved for them to read, surf the net, chit chat, play chess and just get some peace while the kids play downstairs! There is an outdoor playground and seating area for adults to have coffee & dine. This place makes a great venue for kids parties! I hope you all enjoy sending your Sims here!
There is minimal CC in this lot.
