A new home for you guys and exclusive to Sim Share.

This is a spacious home with two ensuite bedrooms and a main bathroom, large living space, large open plan kitchen-diner and an outdoor pavilion for summer night barbecues, with a large outdoor enclosed pool.

The garden area is large with plenty of room for expansion of the home, or for farming.

***Best of all: Absolutley no store items or custom content. Yay!!!***
