You know that is funny. Josh called it the Frugal when he first saw it. I didn't even think of that when I saw the plan it was different and I liked how the front roof was open and it is different. I actually added to it and made some of my own touches to it. I am so glad that you like it. Thanks a bunch Jacqui

Heather, I just have to tell you that I didn't fully appreciate how incredibly charming this house was until I moved a family into it.  The sunken living room is absolutely brilliant!  The layout of the kitchen is just too cute for words and I love how you used the entire upstairs for the master suite and master bath.  You did an amazing job, as you always do, but this one is my very favorite of all your lots!!
