The Pilgrim Cottage

A tiny, rustic cottage set deeply in the forest with a babbling spring running through it. Commemorating the Pilgrims of Plymouth Colony who held the first Thanksgiving in 1621 on the shores of the United States of America. What this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home lacks in large rooms and modern conveniences, it more than makes up with quaint charm and peaceful surroundings. A perfect vacation cottage to get away from it all and gather with family members during the holidays.

The lot has been play-tested and my Sims wouldn’t cross the bridge. They had the capability to do so and crossed when I directed them to, but if left on their own, they choose to run around the perimeter of the lot to get to the street.
My Sims are either weirdos or I’ve done something wrong when building the lot LOL. Hope you enjoy it anyways.

The cottage sells for $83,517 furnished and is on a 30x30 lot. Happy Thanksgiving!
:o)

Thanks so much! I really like the modern stuff too, but I'm not good a building them, so I'm enjoying all the brilliant lots you've been posting here  ...oh, and my Sims like them too! LOL I moved Agnes Crumplebottom into your twilight house because I thought it was MUCH more swank than that old house she had :D

What an amazing house! Seriously love the style, perfect for this month's theme. I'm really impressed with the birdge - seems someone knows the constrain cheat inside out lol, I'm sure it will work for sims, sometimes they're just a bit dense and refuse to walk where they so obviously can :lol2:
Cannot wait to play it in game!! :D
